Preserving Seasons of Life!
More about my work
Over the years, I've come to realize the importance of this type of work. It is the same reason why I always hound my kids to take their pictures, our pictures. It's because I am documenting life. A special moment in your life. A random moment in your life. A planned moment in your life. And, I say moment because in all the years that we are on this Earth, whether it be long or short, your event is but a moment. Having me document that moment will last you years! It is a generational investment because you're not only documenting this time for yourself, but its so that you can hand these memories down to your children, your grandchildren, and then their children and grandchildren. I am keen to not delivering you just beautiful, documented images, but images that will become part of your family's ancestral history. Yes, I think that far when it comes to my work.
If any of this resonates with what you're hoping to get from me, contact me here and tell me your story. I'd love to work with you.
Facts About Me
• I love, love, love the beach. There is something about being in the water, feeling weightless, closing my eyes, and letting the sun warm my face that feels like the ultimate reset. (Yes, I know the sun is literally feeding me radiation… but let me have my moment.)
• I’m an introvert and a homebody at heart. Give me a cozy house, my favorite blanket, a good book, and nowhere I have to be, and I’m happy. I like staying home and enjoying every dollar of my rent money.
• That being said… I actually do love being outdoors. I never thought I’d say this, but I’ve become slightly obsessed with pickleball. My cousins, siblings, and I spend a good amount of time at the park playing, laughing, and probably being way more competitive than we need to be.
• I’m a reader. A “please don’t talk to me because I’m in another world” kind of reader. I love romantasy, fantasy, and any book that lets me escape into a completely different universe. Give me magic, adventure, and a little romance, and I’m sold.
• After living in Utah for almost 10 years, I’ve grown to absolutely love fall. There’s something magical about cooler weather, changing leaves, cozy clothes, and the feeling that a new season is beginning. I look forward to it every year.
• I’m a football mom. Two of my boys play high school football, which means my fall evenings are usually spent under Friday night lights, cheering way too loudly from the stands.
• I’m sarcastic… sometimes. Okay, maybe more than sometimes.
• I’m a family person. I love it when my house is noisy with my siblings, cousins, kids, and the people who know me best. Some of my favorite memories are the simple ones — laughing together, playing games, eating good food, and just being around each other. Just like how it was growing up.
• I’m a little bit of a dreamer. I love imagining possibilities, creating new ideas, and getting excited about things that make life feel meaningful.
• I’m someone who appreciates the little things — a good conversation, a beautiful sunset, a quiet morning, a funny moment with my kids, or a memory that makes me smile years later.
• I believe life is meant to be enjoyed. Not perfectly. Not always according to plan. But with good people, good laughs, and moments worth remembering.
